In the UAE, a chocolate bar did shine,
Dubai chocolate, a treat divine,

A taste of Knafeh, a dessert sublime.

It started as a dream, a FIX Chocolatier's claim,
Can't Get Knafeh of It, a bar with a fame,
Sold exclusively in the UAE, it gained a name,
But now imitations, with a similar claim to fame.

In UK supermarkets, it's a sought-after treat,
Waitrose, Lidl, and Morrisons, can't be beat,
Limited to two bars, to regulate the stock,
A chocolate craze, that's left the shelves locked.

Yezen Alani and Sarah Hamouda, the founders so proud,
Their business grew, with a global crowd,
From a small start, to 50 employees so fine,
Fulfilling 500 orders, a chocolate bar divine.

The original bar, a dessert bar so grand,
Needs to be kept in the fridge, a short shelf in hand,
The others, a longer shelf life, a different design,
A chocolate bar, that's not so fine.
