In the land of rap and hip-hop fame,
Lived Soulja Boy, with a name in the game,
But now he's in trouble, with a lawsuit so grand,
Accused of abuse, by a woman's hand.
She said he raped her, and beat her too,
Kept her as a prisoner, with no clue,
He denied it all, with a smile so wide,
But the jury found him, guilty to abide.
Four million dollars, the verdict did say,
For the woman's suffering, in a most cruel way,
A further two fifty, for punitive might,
A price to pay, for his wrongs in the night.
He smiled calmly, as the verdict was read,
But outside the court, his innocence he'd spread,
He vowed to appeal, and fight for what's right,
But the woman felt justice, in the morning light.
She told Rolling Stone, with a heart so true,
"I feel like I got justice, but it's not new,
I lost so much more, than I gained that day,
My hope is he won't harm, another woman in the way."
