In Turkey's skies, a rule did arise,
For passengers who jump up with eager eyes,
Before the seatbelt sign turns off with a grin,
They'll be fined, oh dear, a hefty sum within.
Seventy bucks, a price to pay,
For not waiting till the plane's in a safe way,
The Turkish civil aviation authority did say,
"Please stay seated, or face a fine each day."
The rules came in, a month ago, you see,
To stop the chaos, and the complaints to be,
From tourists and travelers, who rushed to grab,
Their bags from above, in a hasty jab.
The authority warned of a serious increase,
In these incidents, a troublesome release,
So airlines now must announce with a tone,
"Keep your seatbelts locked, and don't make a move alone."
Turkish Airlines updated its landing call,
A warning to all, to stand tall,
Or face the fine, and a report to make,
For not following the rules, for their own sake.
The Directorate General will keep a keen eye,
On disruptive passengers, who don't want to comply,
And the airline will say, with a stern face,
"Please follow the rules, and take your proper place."
