Meta's expanding Teen Accounts with care,
To Facebook and Messenger, a new setting to share.
For teens under 18, a more restricted space,
With parental permission, to live stream or replace.
It started on Instagram, last September so bright,
A new experience for teens, a safer sight.
But campaigners say, it's unclear what's been done,
Eight months of silence, and the work's not won.
Meta's changes are a step, in the right direction it's true,
But parents still wonder, what their teens can do.
Will the settings prevent, the algorithm's sway,
And keep their children safe, from harm each day?
Andy Burrows says, it's appalling to see,
Parents in the dark, about their child's spree.
Matthew Sowemimo adds, proactive measures too,
To stop the spread of danger, on platforms anew.
Drew Benvie says, it's a step in the right place,
But teens can find a way, to bypass the safety space.
The roll-out begins, in the UK and more,
A new start for teens, with safety in store.
