In Silicon Valley, a battle's waged with might,
Between OpenAI and Elon Musk in sight.
He sued Sam Altman, CEO so fine,
To stop him changing OpenAI's corporate line.
But OpenAI countersued with a mighty roar,
Claiming Musk's actions are a bad-faith score.
He wants to control AI tech, they say,
For his own benefit, in a most selfish way.
Musk left OpenAI years ago, it's true,
But now he's back, with a lawsuit or two.
He wants to stop the conversion to profit's sway,
And keep the non-profit mission on its way.
A federal judge set a trial date so bright,
In March 2026, the battle will take flight.
Musk alleges OpenAI strayed from its goal,
And now it's in breach, with a contract to unfold.
A professor said it's all about control and cash,
A distraction from making AI safe and in a flash.
OpenAI claims Musk spreads false information with glee,
And his agenda's always been about himself, not humanity.
